We hired YEG Movers to move us from AB to ON and H.K Movers (Param) completed the long distance move and unload portion. He was very excellent!! We were basically unloading into a construction site and he and his colleague who were unloading our belongings were very understanding and helpful with listening where to put everything and offering suggestions. Using HK Movers was a great decision. They worked quickly and efficiently. I had a 20-foot shipping container delivered to my address, but due to weight constraints, the truck couldn't park on the ramp situated on a parking lot above the basement garage of the building. So the team of three had to repeatedly climb a flight of stairs and jump onto the container to load it, and they did so very painstakingly. During the packing phase before the move, they worked as quickly as possible. Overall, it was a good experience, and I do recommend their services.A friendly reminder to potential customers: please remember to provide some provisions (beverages, snacks, even just water) when hiring movers. This is a high-risk, labor-intensive job, and even though you're paying for it, a little kindness goes a long way. Having done this sort of work in my younger days, I can honestly tell you it's no fun, so doing this helps!
